Dear Colleague,

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the VI International OrthobioMSK Course, a meeting that represents much more than a scientific congress. It is the result of years of dedication, continuous learning and an unwavering commitment to the advancement of musculoskeletal regenerative medicine and ultrasound-guided interventions, sponsored by the Spanish Academy of Regenerative Medicine.

During previous editions, OrtobioMsk has become an international community where knowledge, innovation and friendship come together. From 4-6 February 2027, we´ll take another important step forward. Our ambition is clear: to establish OrtobioMsk as one of the world’s leading educational gatherings in orthobiology and ultrasound-guided interventions, while preserving the close, interactive and practical spirit that has always defined us.

This year, we have designed a course with one goal above all others: to help you improve your clinical outcomes starting next Monday.
Every lecture, every workshop, every discussion, and every hands-on session has been carefully designed with this philosophy in mind.

Our faculty have already done the hard work. They have reviewed the latest scientific literature, analysed the highest quality evidence, debated controversies and identified what really works in everyday clinical practice. During these three days, they will translate all that knowledge into practical concepts, technical tips and reproducible protocols that you can confidently incorporate into your own clinic or operating room.

Because our mission isn’t just to tell you what the evidence says. Our mission is to show you how to apply it.

You will discover not only the scientific foundations of orthobiologics, but also how experienced clinicians make decisions every day:
Which patient should be treated? Which biologic should be selected? Which technique offers the highest accuracy? How can complications be avoided? When should treatments be combined? When should surgery be performed and when can biological interventions change the patient’s outcome?

The course combines the best of both worlds: solid scientific evidence and real clinical experience. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to participate in the full experience.

The IV International Cadaver Lab will offer an exceptional opportunity to perfect ultrasound-guided procedures, learn new techniques and gain confidence in a unique practical environment.

Over the next two days, scientific sessions and workshops will focus on practical decision-making, challenging clinical cases, live discussions, expert panels, and interactive discussions designed to help you translate knowledge into better patient care. This year, we are also proud to present several exciting innovations.

For the first time, OrtobioMsk becomes a truly international bilingual meeting, with simultaneous English-Spanish translation and presentations given in English, welcoming exceptional faculty from Europe, America, Asia and the rest of the world.

However, despite this international growth, there is one thing that will never change. The essence of OrtobioMsk.
